The Stress Threat

Stress is draining company profits since it is linked to absenteeism, burnout, high turnover and loss of productivity.• Absenteeism impacts around 1 million workers daily.• Burnout affects 52% of employees, resulting in reduced performance and morale alone, and is estimated to be costing UK businesses £700 million annually.• Each lost employee costs 6-9 months of their salary to replace, skyrocketing to up to 2 times their salary when considering recruitment and productivity loss.• Employees under stress are 50% more likely to take time off, resulting in a 37% drop in productivity.• Poor mental health costs employers £2,646 annually per employee, climbing to £3.7 in finance and tech industries.Investing in stress management isn’t just about well-being–it’s about cutting the costs of absenteeism, turnover, and lost productivity.

Do only junior team members take part?
No. To transform the team dynamics, we need to work on all levels. Managers and team leaders are go-to people, so they need to be included in our coaching process.
How long does the program take?
The program duration depends on the chosen intensity. Most programs range from 14 days to 6 weeks.
When will I start seeing results?
It has been proven that it takes at least 21-28 days to change a habit. Therefore, 3 weeks is an ideal minimum if we want to create new healthy habits.
Do the results last?
After your team have mastered HeartMath techniques and done the internal work, they often change their life on multiple levels. Most participants report improvements in sleep, well-being, and overall satisfaction at their workplace. As a leader, you play a crucial role in reinforcing and sustaining these positive changes.

BEFORE
You are constantly mitigating internal conflicts. This consumes all your time that could be used for meaningful work.

You waste a lot of energy trying to motivate people who aren’t giving the work 100% of themselves.

You get buried under client escalations and have to do overtime to meet your KPIs.

You get frustrated by the team members who just seem to need too much handholding.

AFTERYour team members get much more adept at resolving internal conflicts independently, freeing up team leaders’ time for impactful work.

You have a healthy level of expectations toward different team members.

Team members handle client issues and include you much more seldom. You can finish your work at reasonable time and do other things that matter to you.

You learn to support the team members and build their confidence. You master tools to help them get more independent.

"The way you presented the information and also shared your personal experience made it very easy for me to open myself up to the course. I liked the exercises and homework.the latter as it helped me to stick to the exercises and feel more committed to it. Also I liked the emotional landscape practice and I think I will keep using the app “how we feel”. The theoretical and scientific content of the course were really helpful. Also being able to join the q&a was great, eventhough I just managed to do it once."
